Bounce Back, Inc. Transition House for Males campus is currently located at
2010 Hawthorne Drive, North Charleston, SC 29406. As we seek to expand
efforts helping our community by assisting homeless and recovering drug addicts return into mainstream society.The demand for enrollment into our program has also created a need for additional housing space. If your, church or organization have a vacant house or facility to donate please contact us to schedule a presentation. Retailers, business owners and agencies are encouraged to reply immediately to this urgent funding need for assistance to this non-profit transitional & recovery community housing program. Bounce Back Incorporated Recovery &
Outreach Ministry Housing Program
We are a residential facility located at
2010 Hawthorn Drive, North Charleston, SC
that support male patrons in their recovery process,
basic life skills, education, employment and
spiritual development. Our vision is to
help patrons achieve a successful transition
into mainstream society. Our staff and
volunteers are available to assist with
this mission. However, it is a program of
honesty, open-mindedness and willingness
that will make the experience in this program
a reality for changing lives.
The Bounce Back Program affords qualifying
patrons an opportunity to live in a safe,
drug free, structured and supportive
environment. We are not a treatment
facility or group home.We assist in building
character through spiritual and motivational
support from 12 Step Programs, and money
management. We will provide agency
referrals for social services, legal, medical,
mental, employment, education and
permanent housing. Our network of
volunteers will also assist as needed
to insure successful re-entry and
transition into mainstream society.
ENTRY EVALUATION:Bounce Back
Program candidates are assessed. An intake
application will address clients needs.
IE: drug addiction, post-incarceration
challenges, physical or mental disabilities,
domestic violence issues, homelessness, etc.
We ask complete honesty so that we may
best assist in the areas of need. We will
also base candidacy for residency on this
evaluation. If we are unable to accept as a
resident we will offer alternative referral
and affordable housing support information.
The Bounce Back Program success is
based on patron success. Our goal for all
residents accepted into Bounce Back
is to be gainfully employed or have a
steady income. IE: part-time or full-time job,
unemployment compensation, military or
disability benefits. Those with entrance
required fees may be accepted on a
temporary bases, however, will not be
allowed to remain in the program unless
the above requirements are satisfied within
30 days and subsequent guidelines are
adhered to. Those accepted and are not
employed will be required to actively
seek employment daily. Staff will monitor
willingness to adhere.
FEES: Upon acceptance into the Bounce
Back Housing Program all candidates will
be required to pay a deposit of $100..00 and
first week residency fee of $100.00 by cash/
or money order. Extreme situations will be
considered for waivers of admission fees
at the discretion of the Board of Directors
and Staff. This will be determined on a per
case evaluation. Off campus shared residential
housing options require independent tenant rental
agreements with partner landlords and lease
approval specific to principle tenant guidelines.
The above mandatory requirements are to assist
with management needed funds to progress client
transition into permanent housing and maintaining the
self-supporting community successfully. It is not intended to
monitor spending habits or purpose of profit.
Bounce Back Incorporated Basic Church Ministries
We were founded October 24, 2007. We are funded
solely by donations and receive no federal or state funding.
We are a certified corporation duly organized under the
State of South Carolina for religious, educational, social and
charitable or eleemosynary purpose. Our concept at Bounce Back,
Inc. is to serve the community as a clearinghouse establishment
providing advisers, referral consultants, motivational seminars
workshops, information and assistance to support our patrons.
This model outreach project serves those needing basic,
simplified help to 'bounce back' into mainstream society.
Our goal with expansion from our former facility, gifted by
Abundant Life A.M.E. Zion Church,Remount Rd., is to provide
clients who are unable to live on their own a structured recovery
on the Lowcountry Christian Center campus experience at
2010 Hawthorne Drive, North Charleston, SC 29406 similar
to the Oxford concept. Optional referral housing assistance
is available for those needing affordable housing as they
reestablish themselves as responsible and productive
members of society. Walk-ins and referrals are welcomed.
